Winsport: Technical Assistance FAQ

The following are common technical questions customers may have an answers: 

Q: I forgot my login information. How do I retrieve it? 

A: Visit www.winsportapp.com. Click "forgot password". Input email address used to create account. The system will send you an email prompting you to create new password  

 

Q: Video's are not working or take a long time to download. How can this improve?

A: Video speed is dependent on your phone's processing speed. If you have an older phone be patient as it may take a little longer to process video. A strong Internet connection is required for faster video processing time 

 

Q: I'm unsure on how to navigate the APP. Is there a guide for this? 

A: Yes, contact Winsport staff. Ask them to send you the Winsport Athlete Education document. This document will help you learn and understand APP functions.
