The STT system was designed in two-parts. Part-one: the system. Part two: the STT Athlete APP

 

 The System is where administrators, trainers, skill development coach's, mental training coach's, team coach's & nutritionists work through. Each, having distinct roles within the system. Designed for professionals guiding, measuring and reporting athlete development the system provides development tools that enable content creation and assignment to athletes. System staff upload testing results, build questionnaires (lifestyle and other) and record athlete data according to their needs.  When athletes consume content data writes to their profile affording system staff with valuable insights. 

 

The Athlete APP. Each athlete created in the system has their own unique athlete data base.  As athletes work through their APP on a day-to-day basis accessing programs (workouts / skill development / mental training), lifestyle questionnaires and other core features athlete specific data comes to life affording athletes and those guiding them with valuable insights.  YOUR ENTIRE NETWORK IN ONE COMMON HUB
